How are cats good for cheering people up?

Here’s a list of why my cat is great for cheering me up:

  1. She’s a squishbear. Loves to be picked and carried around.
  2. My cuddle buddy.
  3. When I would get really bad anxiety/panic attacks she was there for me and tried to calm me down.
  4. She will lay on top of me and purr very loudly sometimes as if she is trying to help relax me. Especially when I’m feeling pretty depressed.
  5. She is super loving and just the greatest

Cats can be a wonderful pick me up!!
